Lopaz process has mapped the “As-Is” New Product introduction process for the Global Product Introduction of a Swedish car manufacturer, across their two vehicle plants, as well as their Engine and Stamping plants. We produced a “Way Forward” report to help improve major KPI for new vehicle builds into production, having identified numerous savings and reduction of lead time whilst working closely with the client staff.
Who says you can’t do Lean on the “High Seas”. This was a piece of work we supported to establish a home grown team of Lean experts, who could go out and challenge any service providing process connected with the world of “Hotel Operations”. The focus being on both Front and Back of house operations.
Lopaz supported work with a major Yogurt manufacturer who were keen to introduce Lean thinking to their business.
We were engaged by a major Defence organisation to support the introduction of a new “Way of Working” for Product Introduction. The client was starting on the journey of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) using a well-established tool (Siemens Teamcenter) for the introduction of a major new product linked to funding from the MoD for a major supplier of submarines.
Lopaz was engaged by a major UK High Performance Automotive manufacturer to support the development of their new Carbon Fibre manufacturing facility in Yorkshire. The key deliverable was to establish world class processes and operating systems for production of their new carbon fibre monocoque.
